Why is coding important to packaging?

Did you know that on each egg, there is a code printed that can provide a lot of information about the journey of the egg?
This code can be used to trace the egg back to its source, providing information about where and when it was produced, in addition, even information about the welfare of the hens that laid the egg.
However, it’s important to note that special ink is needed to print this code on the eggshell, as regular ink can migrate into the egg and potentially harm the health of the consumer.
