Jonny, my service manager, is by far the easiest and most knowledgeable person to work with. He’s passionate about service, and it shows. He doesn’t mess around or cut corners when it comes to ensuring my needs are met.
I recently had a printer issue, and Jonny was quick to respond. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had a replacement printer delivered to me the next day. He also took the time to explain the issue to me so that I could understand what happened and how to prevent it from happening again.
I felt like Jonny had my best interests in mind, and he was not pushy or aggressive whatsoever. He simply wanted to make sure that I was happy with my printer and that my problem was solved.
