How we helped-
When they started, they were hand inspecting all components of the packaging. They would max at about 10 bottles per minute. (On a good day!)
We were able to provide them with a 6-camera vision system that pointed the cameras in an “X” configuration to inspect a break in the seal. The 2 others provide verification for the label presence and date presence.
Our system took their 10 bottles per minute inspection to 300 bottles per minute.
It also took away the human error aspect which can help avoid costly recalls from coding issues to tampering.
